"Progress at Work!"
The Ambassador Chapter is the Ninety-Nines'
first "virtual" chapter, chartered in 1999 by Janet
Patton, ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) with twelve members.
We have far-flung members, a monthly email newsletter, and
a website. Our chapter is in the South
Central Section. We try to meet three times a year: on
9-9 (September 9th), at the 99s International Convention (summer),
and at the Women in Aviation Conference (March). We now have
over 60 members and our chapter
continues to grow.
Attention all women pilots who haven't settled in anywhere
else in the Ninety-Nines: you belong in the Ambassador Chapter!
